Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GDConstable.com, operated by HSN Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide a transparent, fair, and student-friendly subscription experience. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. ₹5 Verification Refund

• New users are charged ₹5 via PhonePe/Google Pay only for account verification.

• The ₹5 amount is refunded on the same day to the original payment method.

• After verification, users receive 1-day free access to all premium test series content.

2. Subscription Plans

For New Users

• After the 24-hour free trial, ₹199 will be auto-debited via UPI AutoPay (PhonePe/Google Pay).

• This plan provides 3 months validity with full access to all mock tests, previous papers, and practice content.

For Existing Users (Joined before 01/01/2026)

• The previous ₹99/month subscription continues via UPI AutoPay. Access remains uninterrupted unless cancelled by the user.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Users can cancel anytime from their UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, or the app used during verification) before the next billing date.

• After cancellation, no further charges will be deducted. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refunds on Subscription

• Since digital content access is provided immediately after subscription activation, the subscription fee (₹199/3 months or ₹99/month) is non-refundable once charged. Users are encouraged to utilize the 1-day free trial before continuing with any paid plan.

5. Failed Transactions

• If payment is deducted but the subscription is not activated, please contact support immediately.

• Eligible refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Trial Usage Disclaimer

• The ₹5 verification refund is a one-time benefit for new users only. Multiple trial attempts using the same UPI ID, mobile number, device, or account may be restricted or blocked.

7. Auto-Debit Consent

• By completing the ₹5 verification, you authorize UPI AutoPay for the selected subscription plan.

• A mandate approval request will be sent to your UPI app for confirmation.

• Subscription will continue automatically until cancelled by the user through their UPI app.

8. Dispute Resolution

• In case of billing issues or disputes, users should first contact our support team for resolution.

9. Policy Updates
